Shipping costs
- We have free delivery in The Hague (Zip code 25)
- For the Netherlands, the shipping costs are € 6.50 for orders up to € 75
- Orders above € 75 to be delivered in the Netherlands have free shipping
- For Belgium, the shipping costs are € 8.75 for orders up to € 100
- Orders above € 100 to be delivered in Belgium have free shipping
- Shipping costs to other countries are upon request

We strive to deliver or ship your order within 4 days.
We reuse packaging as much as possible for shipping. This reduces the waste of materials and allows us to minimize our footprint.Returns policy
- 14 days reflection period for standard items
- Returns if undamaged, in original packaging and in immediately resalable condition
- Returns of personalized items are not possible
- Shipping and returns costs for buyer
- Money will be refunded upon receipt of the returned products if in good condition.
- When returning the entire shipment, we will also credit any shipping costs for the outbound shipment. If part of the shipment is returned, the outward shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
